Hannah Mather PhD, FRSA, PCC

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am an experienced and accredited one-to-one and team coach based on the Black Isle, Scotland and I work both remotely and locally. A deep, considered, and caring thinker, I am committed to equipping others in their thinking and empowering them to bring change in their working lives. I spend most of my time coaching senior leaders, middle managers, and young professionals in the private sector but I also greatly value working with peopler in higher education, government, and faith-organisations. 

Areas I coach on include communications effectiveness, strategy and change, value-based leadership, and well-being in working life.

What you might expect from me: Considered, compassionate, and person-centred in style, with a focus on context, long-term strategy, and creative vision. 

Experience & ethos: 20+ years of people, organisational, and community development experience in a range of roles and business sectors including higher education and marketing communications. Sensitive to the concerns typically held by different demographic groups (social, cultural, religious etc.). 

I have navigated career changes twice, with experience in academia as a researcher and lecturer, and in marketing communications and business and people development. My career started as a mental health secretary working in the UK's NHS.

Trained skills & achievements: Team coach trained in "complex adaptive systems." Humanities-trained thinker with a PhD in theology (interpretation). Published and award-winning in this area. Mental health awareness trained
